Collection: Our olive oil

It is an extra virgin olive oil obtained only from olives of the renowned Nocellara del Belice variety.
Our olive groves are located in the heart of the Belice Valley , in the Partanna area.
It is cold-extracted in a modern two-phase continuous cycle plant; the resulting oil is immediately filtered ( find out why filtration is important ) to ensure its quality over time and stored under an inert gas blanket to prevent oxidation.
The result is an oil with a green color with golden reflections, an intense and harmonious fruity flavor, rich in polyphenols.
