In the heart of western Sicily, between the towns of Salaparuta and Partanna, our farm covers over 140 hectares, immersed in a landscape steeped in history and authentic nature.

We are in an area steeped in memory, a few steps from the Selinunte Archaeological Park, one of the oldest and most majestic cities of Magna Graecia. These lands, once the cradle of Mediterranean civilization and trade, still preserve the spirit and wisdom of those who first cultivated its olive trees and vines.

The rolling hills, always kissed by the sun and caressed by the wind, offer an ideal climate: the bright days and cool nights create the perfect balance for farming according to the principles of organic agriculture, with full respect for the land.

Here we cultivate the grape varieties that express the soul of Sicily – Grillo, Zibibbo, Nero d'Avola – alongside international varieties such as Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon. Each grape carries the intensity of a unique terroir, expressing its unmistakable character and identity.

Alongside viticulture, the olive tree is a symbol that has always accompanied us: the Nocellara del Belice, cultivated with care, gives us an olive oil with an intense and harmonious flavour, a sincere expression of our tradition.

This is Rocche della Sala: purity, roots, and authenticity. An ancient terroir renewed daily, offering authentic products that bring the essence of Sicily to the table, with pride and passion.

Faces, places, and nature: a photographic journey through our farm.
