ORGANIC OLIVE OIL – SICILIAN OLIVE OIL
This is an extra virgin olive oil made exclusively from olives of the renowned Nocellara del Belice variety. Our olive groves are located in the heart of the Belice Valley, within the territory of Partanna. It is cold-extracted using a modern continuous two-phase system; the resulting oil is immediately filtered to ensure long-lasting quality and stored under a blanket of inert gas to prevent oxidation.
The result is an oil with a green color and golden highlights, intensely fruity and harmonious, rich in polyphenols.
The modern and functional Bag-in-Box packaging ensures optimal preservation of the oil, effectively protecting it from light and oxidation. Unlike traditional bottles or cans, which expose the oil to oxygen with every opening, the flexible pouch inside the Bag-in-Box progressively collapses during dispensing, preventing air from entering and thus preserving the product’s quality.

In addition to its preservation benefits, the Bag-in-Box is an environmentally friendly option: it requires less energy to produce and recycle compared to glass or metal, and its lightweight and compact design make transportation easier—especially when handling empty containers.
