Production process

  • Production vineyards / Agro di Salaparuta, 150 – 300 m (asl) in medium-textured soil.
  • Vinification and maceration / In stainless steel tanks at controlled temperature.
  • Refinement / six months in stainless steel tanks and three months in barrique.
  • Bottled Wine Storage / 16° C.

Organoleptic characteristics

  • Color / Intense ruby red.
  • Odor / Typical of red fruit (cherry, plum) with spicy notes.
  • Taste / Soft, excellent balance of tannins and acidity, intense and persistent.
  • Serving temperature / 16-20°C
