ORGANIC OLIVE OIL – SICILIAN OLIVE OIL
This is an extra virgin olive oil made exclusively from olives of the renowned Nocellara del Belice variety. Our olive groves are located in the heart of the Belice Valley, within the territory of Partanna. It is cold-extracted using a modern continuous two-phase system; the resulting oil is immediately filtered to ensure long-lasting quality and stored under a blanket of inert gas to prevent oxidation.
The result is an oil with a green color and golden highlights, intensely fruity and harmonious, rich in polyphenols.

  • Milling-extraction Cold-pressed, continuous two-phase cycle. The olives are pressed within 24 hours of harvesting.

  • Taste / Soft and enveloping, balanced notes of spicy and bitter, almond aftertaste.
